Product Replacement Guarantee

At Peakers Kitchen we put our customers first. That is why we provide a 30 day guarantee on every product. Meaning that if it arrives damaged, or is defective, we will replace that product with a new one.

How to place a request for a replacement:

1) Take a picture of the defective or damaged product.

2) Send us an email through to our team with information on when it arrived and with the picture taken of the product that you have received through our email.

3) We will contact you back within 24 hours with additional information regarding replacement.
